In the year 2020, I embarked on a journey to Port Harcourt with the purpose of filming a documentary focused on the condition of the refinery. My undertaking spanned a duration of seven days during which I meticulously documented the current state of the refinery, highlighted existing challenges, and proposed potential solutions for its improvement.
